OFSTED Registration for Childcarers

In order to become registered with OFSTED you need to meet certain criteria:

• have public liability insurance (we recommend Morton Michel)
• have core skills in childcare and that confirm that you are suitable to work with children.
• have an enhanced CRB check but this will be done as part of the registration process, through the Post Office Verify System. .

Please note that even if you already have a CRB check done, another one must be done (unless the previous one was done through OFSTED)You do not require any formal qualifications.
